My journey with chocolate began as a child, next to my mom (my favorite pastry chef!)
Then, after graduating from Fine Arts, I encouraged my family to brand our homemade sweets in a small and beautiful Chocolatería Moré (2008, Medellín), and then in VILLA CACAO (2019, Villa de Leyva).
While searching for a chocolate school, I found Ecole Chocolat in 2011, and thanks to them, I learned more than just recipes. I travelled with their Master Program to Belgium and discovered that the most incredible cacao was right there, next to me, in Colombia!
Then and thanks to the Cacao Cluster from Antioquia, my region, I had the privilege to work hand in hand with Chocolate Makers and Cacao Farmers to develop our own chocolate (winning first place in a contest at Chocoshow, our Colombian fair, in 2008)
Now, in The Netherlands, I continue this journey, to share Colombia's finest cacao and its beautiful story with you.
